Cancellation Policy

The deposit that was due at the time of booking service(s) is Nonrefundable for all cancellations, rescheduling, or late arrivals. 100% of the remaining cost of the booked service will be charged as a "No Show" fee to clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment(s) without canceling or rescheduling. All clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be requested to reschedule if there is insufficient time to conduct the scheduled service(s). No-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file. After this fee has been processed, you will be able to make a new appointment. If your card is declined, a hold will be placed on your profile in our system. All fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.
